Anonymous One-to-One Experience
JuJuChat is designed for instant, anonymous communication without registration. No email, name, phone number, or credentials are required from public users. You are identified only as "Stranger" to your chat partner.
Chat Logs & Administrative Monitoring
To prevent platform abuse, illegal content, spam, and harassment, all text messages and shared media keys are transmitted in real time and recorded securely in Amazon DynamoDB. Platform administrators have access to review live conversations and historical transcripts for safety and compliance purposes.
Network & Device Identifiers
Connecting to JuJuChat logs your network IP address and an auto-generated client device identifier. When a user is reported or found violating safety guidelines, both their IP address and device identifier are added to our access restriction list to prevent continued abuse.
Media Uploads
Media attachments (up to 5 MB) are uploaded directly to private Amazon S3 buckets via time-limited presigned URLs and stored strictly for communication delivery and safety moderation.
